Context

Becoming a manager means communicating with greater impact.

This course provides junior managers with a practical toolkit for everyday communication challenges.

From structuring messages to giving feedback and managing conversations. Participants leave with frameworks and strategies they can put into practice immediately.

Structure messages using the Pyramid Principle for clarity and impact.

Apply the SBI model (Situation–Behavior–Impact) to give feedback that drives improvement.

Build confidence for meetings, presentations, and one-on-one conversations.

Apply practical strategies to navigate challenging discussions.

Develop presence that earns trust and credibility.
